| CAD software: etkon_visual The etkon_visual software enables fast designing of crown and bridge frameworks. Individual parameters such as the cement gap and coping wall thickness can be easily adjusted. etkon_visual helps you adjust the optimum insertion direction. The software recognizes undercuts, which are displayed in different color stages on the screen depending on the dimensions. With the e-mail function, you can rapidly analyze the screen view of the undercut together with the dentist. One last click, and the milling order is placed with the etkon Center. |

Ultra modern milling center etkon annually invests millions into the expansion of its milling centers and the development of new high-tech machines, whose technology is specially geared towards the requirements of our Lab Partners. The latest 5D high-speed milling machines enable an incredibly fast rotation of the cutting heads and weigh 8 tons. This way, they work absolutely vibration-free, although their acceleration corresponds to 1.5x gravitational acceleration. The balance is so precise that the position deviation is less than 0.0001mm. As a result of utilizing etkon's concept, our Lab Partners benefit from the highest quality products at lower unit cost than if investing in their own full milling system. |
| CAM software - indication The etkon Center mills crown and bridge frameworks for you. The indications range from individual crowns up to 16-unit bridges - totally hassle-free. In addition, the etkon Center processes implant superstructures, tertiary frameworks for telescope and cone preparations, free-end bridges with attachments as well as extra coronal attachments with Schroeder pin. The constant upgrading of the etkon_visual software via the etkon es1 scanner opens new doors into broader indications and access to a wide spectrum of materials. |

The arch and die prep is scanned by a 3D laser. Even knifed, feather-edge margins and complex bridges with very tight interproximal spacing are easily scanned. The margin is automatically detected and defined.
